The place is centrally located and easy to reach. The place is clean, neat, and have amenities as described. There are a lot of supermarket and restaurants nearby. Wifi works perfectly and the other facilities work nicely as well. Staff were super helpful and nice. It’s actually cheaper if you book it online. Overall it was a great stay

Great service from Silvi in the restaurant. She interacted magnificently with our very large extended family over lunch. High quality, clean, air conditioned and reasonably priced eateries within very short walking distances of the hotel. We'll certainly consider staying here again at our next family reunion. Better value than staying in Jalan Dagen.

The room and bedroom was very comfortable. All the staffs was very helpful and polite. We really enjoyed the facilities in this hotel, in the swimming pool area there is a bar with live music, which is a very good place to stay to have some drinks and relax.

Exceeded our expectations. We came early and they let us check in early too. All the staff are very helpful One note for the spa staff, maybe she could be more friendly

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The receptionist helped me in sorting out the error that I made during booking swiftly and professionally. Furthermore, my room was upgraded to junior suite. The location is very strategic. I stayed in this hotel several times in the past and have never been disappointed.

Very nice hotel, great ambiance. Extended breakfast. We had a marvelous stay. We were there just for one day/night, but wouldn’t have mind to have stayed there for a longer period! Close to the railwaystation.

a bit old, but it’s quite maintainable. the location is great, as access to areas around malioboro is easy by becak. so, we dont have tp worry to drive to malioboro and trapped inside within 6-9pm.

We got spoiled with honeymoon cake and a personal message on the TV. The service from the staff was exceptional, from the entrance staff to the cleaners and of course the food service. Also a great view of Merapi mountain.

what a wonderful stay in this place, near from Tugu Monument, food stall called "angkringan", and walk by from Malioboro, front desk upgrade my stay to merapi view room, which is could see the merapi mountain from the balcony.
